📍 Location: On-Site – Nairobi, Kenya
💰 Compensation: Base salary + commission
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 4:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. (Kenya Time)
The SDR is a customer-facing, revenue-generating role focused on outbound prospecting. Responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities, this role requires high energy, resilience, and competitiveness to drive pipeline generation for Account Executives.
Strong English communication skills (critical).
2+ years in sales (preferably call center/BPO).
Proven success in metrics-driven environments.

Responsibilities
📞 Outbound Prospecting: Conduct 100+ calls daily via phone, email, and sequences.
🤝 Engagement: Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
📊 Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a consistent outbound pipeline.
👥 Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach.
🌟 Professional Representation: Represent the company and build rapport quickly.
