As an assessment trainer, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing students' performance during their internships. Create assessment criteria that align with the learning objectives of the internship program and the needs of the students.

Providing feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students on their performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
Guiding students: Provide guidance and support to help students develop the skills and competencies required for their future careers.
Monitoring progress: Monitor students' progress throughout the internship, identifying any issues or challenges that may arise.
Collaborating with stakeholders: Work closely with internship coordinators, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that students are meeting the required learning objectives.
Maintaining records: Keep detailed records of students' assessments, feedback, and progress to ensure that they are meeting the requirements of the internship program.
