  3. Providing feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students on their performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.

  4. Guiding students: Provide guidance and support to help students develop the skills and competencies required for their future careers.

  5. Monitoring progress: Monitor students' progress throughout the internship, identifying any issues or challenges that may arise.

  6. Collaborating with stakeholders: Work closely with internship coordinators, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that students are meeting the required learning objectives.

  7. Maintaining records: Keep detailed records of students' assessments, feedback, and progress to ensure that they are meeting the requirements of the internship program.

  8. Promoting a positive learning environment: Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to learn and grow.
