Description


The Driver will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of company items to clients, while maintaining vehicle safety, adhering to transport laws, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of driving experience, including 6-wheelers and above.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be above 30 years of age.
  • Zero negligence accident record (verified by police/court records).
  • Must attach CID clearance.
  • Should not have been out of driving for the last 2 years.
  • Provide referee contacts of two directors from former companies.
  • Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting.

Key Competencies:

  • Safely load, transport, and deliver items to clients and businesses.
  • Review delivery orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist in loading/unloading items.
  • Maintain a safe driving record and comply with traffic laws.
  • Complete delivery logs, reports, and related documentation.
  • Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and report mechanical issues promptly.
  • Monitor vehicle insurance, inspection, and service schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints.
