Description
You’ll be the face, voice and deal-closer for Sarova Woodlands Hotel & Spa and Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge —turning conversations into confirmed business. Your goal: grow room nights, meetings & events, and F&B revenue by building bold relationships, negotiating smart, and consistently beating targets.
You’re a match if you:
- Are young, at heart and energized for challenges.
- Have a Degree/Diploma in Business (Sales option/minor is a plus).
- Bring at least 4 years’ experience in the service industry (hotel marketing/sales is highly preferred).
- Understand the corporate and commerce space.
- Are a natural relationship builder—confident, upbeat, presentable, and comfortable talking to decision-makers.
- Can work with others, influence without drama, and delegate appropriately.
- Very mobile and ready to travel locally and overseas.
