1) Identifying potential locations for expansion following the company’s expansion strategy and undertake new branches survey.

2) To undertake Shop design and setup- Carrying out a detailed feasibility study on chosen locations

3) Liaising with various agencies in the space search

4) Negotiation with the landlords and finalization of related documents e.g Heads of Terms, Lease, etc.

5) Coordination of the fit-out works with contractors

6) To coordinate construction projects within the company.

7) To manage and review projects costs

8) Manage and coordinate contractors and technicians..

9) Maintain branch standard by following the Retail Brand Guidelines.

10) Liaising with various authorities to receive necessary approvals

11) Coordinating with various HQ departments in preparation of the new branch setup
