  • 15 - 20 years' experience in handling the administration and operations in a large scale manufacturing business.

  • Proficient in Computer skills.

  • Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and decision making skills is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Handling all the internal and external communications in the organization.
  • Manage all Statutory matters, handle and liaise all court and legal matters.
  • Coordinate the matters relating to Employee Unions, CBA etc.
  • Manage all staff Immigration related online applications and submissions with coordination with General

    Manager-HR & Operations like – Work permits, Passports, Dependent / Special Pass.

  • Responsible for Managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation
  • matters within the organization.

  • Be able to efficiently manage the team of drivers and vehicles and coordinate route plans, resolve accident issues by seeking legal assistance and the like.
  • Timely inspection of vehicles and their tracking while in transit.
  • Maintenance of Company or Employee records in regards to application or renewals of Licenses, Insurance (Personal/ Medical/ General etc.)
  • Responsible for the Security of office and people
  • Drafting of any Company/Staff related letters as per the prescribed standard formats.

  • Coordinate with branches and assist them in case of any requirement as per the instructions.
  • Management of Office equipment and all Office upkeep related jobs as assigned.

  • Writing weekly reports and presenting options and recommendations to HOD's.
