  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to meet demand.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shortages and overstocking.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise beverage service staff.
  • Provide ongoing training to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products, service techniques, and company standards.
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet service demands while controlling labor costs.
  • Ensure that all beverages served meet quality standards.
  • Monitor the preparation and presentation of beverages to maintain consistency.
  • Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and update beverage menus based on industry trends, customer preferences, and profitability.
  • Determine pricing strategies to maximize revenue while remaining competitive.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings for menu items.
  • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
