Responsibilities

- Greet visitors and guests courteously; manage sign-in/out
procedures.

- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls; take and
relay messages.

- Manage email inquiries and general correspondence for the
front desk.

- Check guests in and out: process reservations,
issue keys/cards, handle payments and folios.

- Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.

- Provide information about services, directions, and
company/hotel policies.

- Handle guest/visitor requests, complaints, and escalate to
management when needed.

- Monitor lobby appearance and ensure reception area is tidy
and welcoming.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and
other departments as required.

- Receive, log, and distribute deliveries and mail.

- Maintain records and update databases (guest/visitor logs,
reservation systems).

- Process payments, refunds, and invoices as authorized;
follow cash-handling procedures.

- Adhere to health, safety, privacy, and data protection
policies.
