Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter/Waitress to join the restaurant. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for delivering top-notch service, impeccable attention to detail, and a deep understanding of fine dining etiquette. As a Waiter/Waitress, will play a crucial role in enhancing the guests' dining experience by providing personalized service, taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a warm and welcoming ambiance.
Qualification & Experience
Education
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
Experience
- Proven experience as a Mixologist in upscale bars, luxury hotels, or fine dining restaurants.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or similar upscale dining environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food and beverage pairing, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
- Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluent proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong understanding of fine dining service etiquette and guest interaction.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, especially during peak dining hours.
