  • Procurement Strategies: Develop and implement procurement strategies; select and manage service providers and vendors for various services and utilities.
  • Facilities Management: Create and oversee the implementation of facilities management strategies to ensure optimal operation and maintenance.
  • Maintenance Management: Develop and manage maintenance strategies for the property.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory authorities.
  • External Utilities Management: Oversee the management of externally provided utilities (e.g., KPLC and Liwaseco).
  • Solid Waste Management: Ensure effective management of solid waste strategies.
  • Fiber Services: Oversee and manage the fiber provision for the development.
  • Relationship management: Manage the relationship with the property manager of Tilisi’s own residential developments to ensure effective management of these developments.
  • Levies: Coordinate the billing and collections of infrastructure and urban management levies.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for utilities and urban management.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify and address current gaps in service and utilities management.
  • Communication and Liaison: Manage departmental communication and act as a liaison between various stakeholders.
