- Diploma in Process or Production Engineering or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution of higher learning.
● Basic proficiency with computer applications and programs including email and Microsoft Office.

Roles :
Allocate and reallocate manpower on the production line and revising
production schedules and priorities as needed in order to maximize productivity.
Set machine operating parameters and monitor machine performance to ensure production volumes and quality is achieved in line with the
production plan- Check and maintain utilities (cooling tower, chilling plant, aircompressor and generators) to ensure availability and performance of all utilities in order to support production.
Ensure expected housekeeping standards are met and maintained.
Ensure all gangways are kept clear of any product, material or obstructions
Constantly monitor the production equipment and report any unsafe
conditions and risks/hazards in line with Company safety and health Ensure set performance targets for the production team are met and
monitor and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports. Conduct on the job training for all staff.
Monitor and coordinate the implementation of ISO system
