As a Mid-Level Cloud Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance. Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures based on business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements for cloud-based solutions. Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, documentation, and best practices. Possess in-depth knowledge of leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Evaluate and recommend appropriate cloud services and solutions based on project requirements. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the cloud space. Implement Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning and management. Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate IaC into the overall development lifecycle. Ensure the security and compliance of cloud-based solutions by implementing best practices and industry standards. Conduct regular security assessments and audits, addressing vulnerabilities and recommending improvements. Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud-based applications and services. Implement scaling strategies to accommodate growing workloads efficiently. Work closely with stakeholders, including developers, system administrators, and business units, to understand their requirements and provide effective cloud solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues. Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents and implement preventive measures.
