  • Manage and maintain organization's digital media channels and website
  • Write and optimize content for website and social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Track and analyze website traffic and provide regular internal reports
  • Achieve key performance indicators like reducing bounce rate, increasing dwell time, improving conversion
  • Continuously work on website Search Engine Optimization
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content
  • Edit and post videos, podcasts, and audio content to online platforms
  • Arrange webinars and webcasts
  • Create online banner ads and manage pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaigns
  • Write copy for email marketing and other online campaigns
  • Identify new digital marketing trends, evaluate new technologies, and ensure brand leads industry developments, especially in mobile marketing
  • Work on printed materials to supplement online products
  • Organize and attend product launches and networking events
  • Any other marketing-related duties as assigned by Marketing Manager and Director
  • Prepare weekly/monthly inventory and stock-taking reports, monthly food cost reports for all stores, inventory valuation, unit stock cost report/prices
