Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

●     Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

●     Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

●     Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

●     Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

●     Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

●     Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or JIRA.

●     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

●     Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

●     Experience in industries such as IT, engineering, or manufacturing is a plus.

  1. Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure project success.
  2. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize project performance.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and key deliverables.
  4. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Motivate team members to achieve project objectives and overcome challenges.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify and address any quality issues proactively.
