Develop, implement, and maintain an efficient electronic and physical records management system.
Digitize physical documents through scanning, indexing, and quality verification to ensure accurate electronic records.
Indexing, tracking, and setting up an easy retrieval system of electronic documents.
Ensure document security in archiving.
Administer and maintain Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive, M-Files, OpenText, or similar platforms.
Respond promptly to internal and external requests for archived materials.
Organize, classify, and catalogue records using standardized filing and metadata practices for easy retrieval.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science, Information Management, Records Management, Archives Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in digital archiving, records management, document control, or information management within a corporate environment.
Proven experience managing Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, OneDrive, M-Files, OpenText, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
