Scheduler – Home Health Care (Full-Time)
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to support our home health care operations by coordinating caregiver schedules, managing referrals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and caregivers. This role is key to delivering a high-quality in-home care experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule: Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience using WellSky (required)
- 1 year of experience in home health care (e.g., Right at Home, Home Instead, or similar)
- English C1+ (easily understand by seniors)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, office email platforms, and related tools.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate daily caregiver assignments
- Serve as liaison between caregivers, clients, and the Office Manager
- Receive and process referrals accurately
- Support payroll duties (timesheets, telephony records, system updates)
- Maintain accurate documentation and personnel records in WellSky/ClearCare
- Assist with caregiver recruiting, onboarding, and general office coordination
- Perform on-call coordination duties as needed.
