Requirements
- University graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk/Admin Officer or similar role is a plus.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a welcoming demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other customer inquiries.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure the front desk area is well-organized.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and order necessary items when required.
- Ensure the office premises are clean and well-maintained.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
