Qualifications
- BSc In Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Relevant Professional certification can be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2-4years experience in vendor management
- Experience or additional exposure in financial management will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Increase in the number of suppliers meeting the targets within the contract.
- Reduction in the number of breaches of contractual targets.
- Collaborate with the IT Service monitoring team (PACC/SRE) to track and resolve service-related issues.
- Timely provision of required audit/assessment documentation for IT third parties.
- Effective coordination with internal teams and suppliers to gather audit required data.
- Clear ownership and awareness of supplier and contractual issues.
- To ensure that availability of services is not compromised by supplier performance
