About the Role

The AI Solutions Manager supports the design and delivery of AI/ML, Computer Vision, and Autonomous Systems data programs. The role focuses on solutioning, workflow design support, client communication, and performance management for assigned programs.

This position serves as a technical and operational liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Applied Solutioning
  • Support client discovery sessions to understand dataset needs, workflow rules, and ML goals.

  • Translate client requirements into operational workflows, guidelines, and quality frameworks.

  • Provide clients with delivery updates, performance insights, and workflow recommendations.

  • Participate in solution scoping discussions

  • Identify operational improvements or small-scale expansion opportunities within current programs.

Program Delivery Management
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of assigned AI/ML/CV/AV/ADAS workflows.

  • Ensure SLAs/KPIs for accuracy, throughput, quality, and timelines are met.

  • Manage onboarding, calibrations, updates to guidelines and workflow transitions.

  • Work with Delivery Leads to ensure staffing, training support, and production readiness.

  • Maintain documentation and workflow consistency across teams.

Performance Analytics, Quality Management & Root-Cause Insights
  • Build dashboards and reports to track accuracy, IAA, error trends, productivity, and latency.

  • Conduct RCA for quality issues and collaborate with QA & Training to implement fixes.

  • Provide actionable insights that improve data output and overall model inputs.

  • Communicate analytics to clients and internal technical stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Support pilot setup, workflow testing, and guideline refinement.

  • Ensure teams follow updated instructions, schemas, and ontology changes

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Recommend workflow optimizations based on data trends and team feedback.

  • Promote automation opportunities such as pre-labeling, AI-assisted tools, and QC automation.

  • Improve sampling methods, audit frameworks, and annotation consistency.

Commercial & Pre-Sales Support
  • Provide technical inputs for proposals, pricing models, and SOW components.

  • Participate in RFI/RFP responses by providing workflow or technical details.

  • Support Business Development with demos and clarifications during client evaluations.

AI/ML Workflow Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of annotation workflows for 2D/3D CV, NLP, LiDAR/RADAR, AV/ADAS datasets.

  • Understanding of how data quality impacts ML model performance.

  • Tools & Workflow Design

  • Experience with platforms like Label box, Super Annotate, Scale, CVAT.

  • Ability to create guidelines, workflows, taxonomies, and quality processes.

Data & Analytics
  • Strong Excel skills; SQL/Python familiarity preferred.

  • Experience with PowerBI/Tableau/Looker for reporting.

  • Ability to interpret ML metrics and connect them to data quality outputs.

Client & Team Leadership
  • Strong communication, technical storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience managing escalations and coaching delivery teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/AI, or related field.

  • 5 years of hands on experience in AI/ML operations, technical solutioning, or program delivery.

  • Experience with annotation workflows, AV/ADAS, robotics, or computer vision preferred.

  • Experience working within KPI-driven technical environments.
