SCHEDULER - REMOTE JOB

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Work Modality: Remote

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of business experience.
  • Basic office and computer skills with strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
  • Knowledge of common medical terminology.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Must have HOME CARE experience.


Responsibilities
  • Manage professional verbal communication by handling calls, responding to inquiries, and acting as a liaison between clients, associates, and management.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by promptly and courteously addressing client calls, referrals, and program inquiries.
  • Coordinate and organize daily caregiver schedules while maintaining accurate records in the ClearCare system.
  • Execute payroll and administrative tasks, including timesheet verification, telephony updates, and payroll data processing.
  • Support recruitment and HR processes such as interviewing, screening, hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and problem-solving skills in a fast‑paced environment, including on‑call coordination as required.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player, maintaining professionalism, adaptability, and sensitivity in interactions with clients and care staff
