Monday–Friday | 26 hrs/week (shift after training)

Role Summary:



Provide patient support and manage medical appointment scheduling while ensuring full OSHA & HIPAA compliance. Acts as primary patient contact, handling inquiries, scheduling accuracy, and conflict de-escalation.


Requirements:

  • OSHA & HIPAA knowledge
  • Experience with EHR/EMR and medical scheduling
  • Strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient support via calls, emails, and systems
  • Appointment scheduling & calendar optimization
  • Maintain accurate EHR/EMR records
  • Verify patient eligibility and documentation
  • Ensure compliance and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with clinical and admin teams
