Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in solar engineering with a proven track record in developing technical proposals for bids.
  

• License: Valid EPRA T3 certification
  

• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and MS Office Suite.
  

• In-depth knowledge of app modules, Inverters, BESS components, and SLDs
  

• Experience in responding to International RFPs/tenders (World Bank, UN agencies, etc.)
  

• Lead the detail design of Solar PV, BESS, and Solar water pumping systems for tender submission
  

• Optimising Performance:
  

• conduct performance simulations and yield analysis using industry-standard software (PV systems, PV Sol, HomerPro)
  

• undertake or contribute to feasibility studies, engineering design, and Energy yield assessment
  

• Prepare, review, and compile high-quality technical proposals, bid documents, and client requirements.
