Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
  2. Diploma in Sound Production and Electronics /Telecommunications (Electrical) engineering /Journalism and Media Studies/Mass communication or ICT related course.
  3. 5 years’ experience in sound systems in a church or production firm.
  4. Creative and innovative, diligent, self-motivated, honest, and hard working.
  5. Basic skills in graphics design, videography, photography, and social media management.
  6. Ability to operate various mixing consoles, both analogue and digital and conversant with live streaming, projection, and power rating.
  7. Strong communication skills and a team player.
  8. A valid driving License with 3 years driving experience, PSV is an added advantage.


Responsibilities
  1. Provide audio visual support during church services, both online and in person, missions, and other functions.
  2. Create and produce content for local assembly and run social media accounts.
  3. Maintain the audiovisual system in a serviceable state of repair, keep an up-to-date inventory, and give a periodic report.
  4. Maintain an online library, cataloguing of assembly content
  5. Set targets, monitor performance, disciple, coach, and mentor media/volunteer workers
  6. Recommend system upgrades as need arises to CITAM leadership.
  7. Provide first level ICT support to the assembly staff.
  8. Develop and maintain a proper record keeping system for easy retrieval and sustenance of the institutional memory.
