Description
We are a professional custom sportswear and teamwear manufacturer specializing in high-quality soccer jerseys, sports uniforms, and activewear for sports clubs, academies, schools, and wholesalers across East Africa.
We are seeking energetic and network-driven Sales Representatives (Full-Time or Part-Time/Commission) to join our team in Nairobi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by connecting our manufacturing services with local football teams, sports academies, apparel wholesalers, and retail buyers.
- Client Prospecting: Identify and reach out to local football clubs (FKF Premier League, NSL, regional teams, youth academies) and corporate sports teams to offer custom teamwear solutions.
- Wholesale Outreach: Visit major sportswear hubs (e.g., Nairobi CBD, Gikomba) to build relationships with apparel wholesalers and shop owners.
- Product Presentation: Showcase physical fabric samples, designs, and mockups to potential buyers.
- Order Coordination: Manage order requirements, logo customization details, quantities, and delivery schedules in coordination with our production team.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with team managers, equipment directors, and shop owners for repeat orders.
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or marketing (experience in sportswear, apparel, or sports management is highly desirable).
- Industry Network: Strong existing contacts with local sports clubs, academies, coaches, or apparel wholesalers in Kenya.
- Language: Fluent in English and Swahili (both oral and written).
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-Driven: High energy, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in field sales.
- Flexible Engagement: Open for both Full-Time (Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus) and Part-Time/Freelance (Attractive Commission per order) roles.
