Technical Expertise & Skills

- Minimum of a University Degree, HND, ND, OND or NCE in related field.

- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.

- Excellent ability in computer skills especially Microsoft applications.

- Good understanding of CPIMS+ Primero application

- Having strong understanding of child protection in emergency (CPiE) programming.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Excellent English language writing and speaking skills.

- Fluency in Local Language is mandatory.

- Ability to work collaboratively with others colleagues

- Ability to organize ideas in a logical and structured manner.

- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

· He/she conduct initial assessments of client needs, develop case plans, and provide follow-up support to survivors of violence, abuse, or neglect.

· He/she maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client files/case notes, ensuring secure storage and digital entry into Case Management Information Systems (e.g., CPIMS).

· He/she map local service providers (legal, medical, shelter), facilitate safe referrals, and follow up to ensure beneficiaries receive needed services.

· He/she provide basic counseling and, in some roles, facilitate group support sessions or activities at safe spaces.

· He/she assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports on case trends and progress for management.

· Adhere strictly to child protection policies, "do no harm" principles, and confidentiality.
