Description
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 6 years of HR experience (3+ years in management)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Professional certification (CHRP – IHRM, CIPD Level 5, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HR systems, reporting, and policy development
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition
- Oversee performance management and employee relations
