Degree or Diploma in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, etc.)

Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience

Strong willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Physically fit and ready to work in a plant environment

Support daily production operations within the department.

Assist in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery.

Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Learning the job responsibilities of each position in the department.

Working closely with the shift leaders and Chinese technicians.

Adhere strictly to company safety policies and operational procedures.
