Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience editing videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut,
  • Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Strong storytelling skills and an eye for visual design.
  • Familiarity with creating content for social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for making a positive impact through storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating content for nonprofits, charities, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit video footage into compelling stories for marketing, fundraising, and awareness campaigns.
  • Create short-form videos and social media reels/shorts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Add graphics, captions, transitions, music, and branding elements to enhance video content.
  • Repurpose longer videos into shorter clips optimized for social media engagement.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to develop content that aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Assist with organizing and managing video files and digital assets.
  • Ensure videos are delivered on schedule and in appropriate formats for various platforms.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and recommend creative approaches to increase audience engagement.
