Description
We are seeking a highly organized, service-driven, and commercially minded Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium co-working space. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless facility management, exceptional member experience, high occupancy levels, and strong financial performance while maintaining the property to the highest professional standards.
Responsibilities
Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the co-working space to ensure efficiency,
safety, and cleanliness. - Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to uphold a high-quality working environment.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and compliance standards in line with local
regulations. - Conduct regular property inspections and proactively address operational issues.
Member Experience & Community Engagement
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by fostering a welcoming and
professional atmosphere. - Handle member inquiries, onboarding, renewals, and conflict resolution promptly.
- Organize networking events, workshops, and community initiatives to enhance member
engagement and retention. - Continuously gather feedback and recommend improvements to services and amenities.
Leasing, Sales
& Revenue Growth
- Take direct responsibility for tenant/member acquisition, including conducting space tours, engaging prospective tenants, and converting leads into signed memberships or leases.
- Drive occupancy growth in line with agreed targets, with support from the company’s marketing and commercial teams.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective tenants and provide regular updates on conversion progress.
- Support revenue growth initiatives across desks, private offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
- Work closely with the commercial/marketing team to support occupancy targets and revenue growth.
- Conduct space tours and assist with closing new members/tenants.
- Ensure lease agreements/membership contracts are properly executed and managed.
- Track occupancy, desk utilization, meeting room bookings, and other revenue streams.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve profitability (upselling meeting rooms, event spaces, premium offices, etc.)
Financial & Administrative Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational costs.
- Oversee billing, collections, and financial reporting in coordination with the
finance team. - Produce regular performance reports including occupancy rates, revenue metrics,
and member satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination
- Supervise front desk staff, cleaners, and contractors to ensure service excellence.
- Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching.
- Manage supplier contracts and negotiate favourable terms.
Technology & Systems Oversight
- Ensure reliable IT infrastructure including high-speed internet, access control,
and booking systems. - Leverage property management and CRM tools to streamline operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration,
Hospitality Management, or a related field. - Minimum 4–6 years of experience in property management, co-working spaces, with mandatory hands-on experience within a co-working business, hospitality, or commercial real estate.
- Proven track record in operations management and customer service excellence.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Knowledge of local property regulations and safety standards is an advantage.
