Responsibilities
- Craft espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and cold beverages following recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers, take orders, offer recommendations, and handle payments using POS systems.
- Operate, clean, and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitary workstation, including washing dishes and cleaning the cafe area.
- Restock supplies (cups, lids, coffee beans) and inform management of low inventory.
- Educate customers on coffee blends and menu items
