- Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

- Update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to support informed purchasing decisions.
