- We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals aged between 18 and 25, with a Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND), to join our team as Store Assistants.
- The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting our store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing healthcare products and supplies in the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including shelves, displays, and storage areas.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing product information, and answering inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to ensure adequate product availability.
- Assist in conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies or damages to management.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations and adhere to safety and security guidelines.
- Assist in conducting periodic stock audits and assist in reconciling inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.
