Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND / BSc in Social Sciences or related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Prepare monthly inventory reports detailing stock levels, usage, and any discrepancies.
  • Assist in implementing inventory management procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory databases.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory-related issues and improve processes.
