Description
- Drive daily sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and shrinkage.
- Ensure excellent customer service and effective complaint resolution.
- Supervise, coach, and manage staff productivity.
- Maintain store standards, hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor store performance and ensure operational issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Retail Management, Management Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail, FMCG, or store operations, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, sales performance, and loss prevention.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and retail/POS systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
