Job Title: Risk Operations Associate

📍 On-site | Full-time | Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Kenya Time

About the Role

The Risk Operations Associate is responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting sales growth, and addressing service demands. This role consolidates operations, markets, and talent across multiple agencies (Insured Solutions, Nexus Partners, Mercury, and Modern Insurance Partners) to leverage sales opportunities within the existing client base and new business generated by the Sales Team.

Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in occupational risk management, Risk specialist or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret information and documents accurately.

  • Strong math skills to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

  • Effective and respectful communication with all contacts.

  • Ability to follow instructions and apply common sense understanding.

  • Problem-solving skills in standardized situations.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work under direction.



Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external clients/insureds.

  • Manage new submission activities, including HCM submissions.

  • Perform AMS360 policy lifecycle management tasks.

  • Assist with carveout conversion projects (e.g., 3300 Project).

  • Issue Certificates of Insurance (COI).

  • Handle payroll and premium reporting.

  • Provide audit support for insureds.
