Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Send medical records requests to healthcare providers.
Follow up consistently with providers regarding pending requests.
Communicate with providers via phone calls, emails, messages, or other available channels.
Maintain confidentiality and protection of all medical records and sensitive information.
Properly label, organize, and store medical records, bills, and related documentation.
Provide status updates to attorneys, Case Managers, and/or Paralegals regarding document requests.
