Pricing Analyst – Tenders and Contract Supply
MMT Alliance – Global Procurement, Supply and Logistics Partner
Remote initially with transition to Nairobi, Kenya

We are building a global tendering operation for UN, NGO and Government contracts and need a Pricing Analyst to own costing, supplier pricing and profitability.
Your Role
Analyse costs, source suppliers, negotiate pricing and build accurate models to deliver competitive, profitable bids.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of pricing across UN, NGO and Government tenders from initial review through to final submission
Analyse tender documents to understand scope, specifications, delivery requirements and commercial expectations
Develop detailed and accurate cost models covering sourcing, logistics, duties, delivery and operational costs
Identify, source and engage reliable suppliers globally to obtain competitive pricing and availability
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, terms and lead times while maintaining quality standards
Assess commercial viability of each tender including profitability, risk exposure and pricing competitiveness
Align pricing with technical proposals to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance across submissions
Work closely with procurement, logistics and bid teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions
Ensure all pricing submissions meet tender requirements including format, structure and supporting documentation
Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines
Monitor market trends, supplier pricing and cost fluctuations to improve competitiveness
Maintain and update pricing templates, cost models and supplier databases for efficiency and reuse
Track pricing performance across bids including win rates, margins and cost accuracy
Identify opportunities to optimise costs, improve margins and strengthen overall bid competitiveness
Provide clear pricing summaries and insights to management to support decision making
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure zero errors in financial calculations and submissions
