Solution Architect (ERP & EAM Presales)

Description
ERP & Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Presales / Solution Architect with 5years experience
translating complex business, operational, and asset-management requirements into scalable enterprise
solutions. Skilled in customer discovery, solution architecture, OEM product positioning,
demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, business process optimization, integrations, and implementation
roadmaps. Experienced in engaging business, technical, and executive stakeholders throughout the sales
and solution lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, requirements analysis, and solution envisioning.
Design end-to-end ERP and EAM solutions covering finance, procurement, supply chain,
inventory, projects, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.
Develop solution architectures, business process designs, integration concepts, roadmaps, and implementation approaches.
Lead OEM product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution presentations, and technical
workshops.
Prepare RFP/RFI responses, proposals, statements of work, solution estimates, scope definitions,
and bid documentation.
Support sales teams from opportunity qualification and discovery through proposal,
presentation, negotiation, and delivery handover.
Design EAM processes including asset hierarchy, preventive/predictive maintenance, work
management, maintenance planning and scheduling, inspections, inventory, and spare-parts
management.
Define integration requirements across ERP, EAM, CRM, IoT, GIS, mobile, analytics, and other
enterprise platforms.
Identify solution gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for digital transformation and
process improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor, translating OEM capabilities into practical solutions and measurable
business value.
