Scheduler (Career Development Role)

The Scheduler position is a one-year career development plan, during which your salary will increase progressively based on performance and milestones.


As a Scheduler, you will act as the link between patients/clients and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate appointments between patients/clients and caregivers, including new services, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between both parties, ensuring clear, empathetic, and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records using digital tools and systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service while prioritizing patient/client needs.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced English level (spoken and written).
  • Previous customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred but not required).
  • Schedule flexibility and proficiency with digital tools.
  • Strong active listening, empathy, organization, and communication skills.

Work Schedule & Modality

  • Training period (1 month): Monday to Friday 8 - 5 CST
  • After training: Schedule will be determined by the assigned client, therefore full availability is required.
  • On-site position (100% presencial).
