Qualifications and Experience

1. A PHD in Clinical Pharmacy, a Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy, a BPharm Degree, from a local or foreign university recognized by the Commission for University Education, Kenya.
   
2. Twenty (20) years of work experience
   
3. Fifteen (15) years of teaching experience
   
4. For the BPharm degree holder, the applicant should be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya and have a valid pharmacist practice license.
   
5. Membership of a relevant Professional Association
   
6. Teaching and research experience appropriate to the rank
   
7. At least twenty (20) publications
   
8. Supervision of ten (10) master’s and three (3) PHD students.
