Description
To drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in UFCEA range of animal nutrition and health products by leveraging technical expertise to provide effective solutions, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic account management and new business development.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A university degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the animal nutrition industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of animal nutrition products and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Ability to travel extensively.


Responsibilities

New Business Development:

  • Expectation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in animal nutrition products.
  • Result Areas: Expand client base, increase market penetration, and secure new accounts.

Sales and Account Management:

  • Expectation: Manage and grow sales with existing customers.
  • Result Areas: Achieve sales targets, maintain high customer satisfaction, and develop long-term partnerships.

Technical Support and Consultation:

  • Expectation: Provide technical advice and support to customers on animal nutrition solutions.
  • Result Areas: Enhance product utilization, improve customer outcomes, and drive product preference.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

  • Expectation: Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies.
  • Result Areas: Identify market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.

Continual Improvement Initiatives and Industry Representation:

  • Expectation: Champion continual improvement initiatives within the organization, driving a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Engage key stakeholders in PaTaMu (Continual Improvement) initiatives, fostering collaboration and ownership.
  • Represent the company's interests in industry forums, such as feed miller association, advocating for regulatory policies and industry standards that benefit UFCEA.
