Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Warehouse Management role or equivalent
  • Excellent communication (verbal & oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Warehouse Management Systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent data analytical skills.


Responsibilities
  • Own warehouse KPIs and governance inventory accuracy, order cycle time, dispatch SLA, stock loss, productivity, and space utilization.
  • Lead continuous improvement and process optimization, SOP design, controls, layout optimization, 5S maturity, and productivity programs.
  • Support cost control (warehouse costs, courier costs, loss prevention, waste disposal costs).
  • Ensure accurate inventory records within systems and enforce controls: daily movement reconciliations, weekly/monthly cycle counts, variance investigation, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee order processing and fulfillment flow with internal stakeholders to ensure timely picking/packing and dispatch readiness.
  • Oversee end-to-end distribution performance and resolve delivery exceptions such as delays, partials, losses/damages to protect SLAs and prevent financial loss.
  • Monitor and oversee QA/QC processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team; Manage performance and productivity.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, occupational health and safety standards, and audit/ legal regulations requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant warehouse records, and prepare and submit reports as required to maintain the warehouse inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
