The role

Sybyl is looking for a Front Office Executive to ensure that all customers on telephone and in person are attended to in a professional & courteous manner.


  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.

  • Take and relay messages

  • Greet persons and direct person to correct destination or call the staff to escort the visitor.

  • Deal with queries from the staff and customers.

  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization (specifically drivers).

  • General administrative and clerical support

  • Prepare letters and documents and prequalifications, if required

  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments, especially in case of arranging pickup/drop of employees.

  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.

  • Ensure and maintain the reception area tidy and clean at all times.

  • Ensure and maintain decorum in the reception area at all times.

  • Maintain updated contacts of staff and customers at all times.

  • Maintain records whatever applicable

  • Sending fax

  • Ensuring that no vendors enter the office at any time.

  • Be a Team Player and Focus on Excellent Customer Service.

Qualifications/ Knowledge/ Experience

Qualifications

Graduate in any field

Minimum Experience (Years)

Minimum 2-3 years in a similar field

Computer Knowledge , Microsoft Office ,Good Communication both verbal and written
