Person Specifications

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have at least: -

• Diploma in supplies Management/Logistics and Procurement Management orequivalent qualification from a recognized Institution 
  
• Minimum KCSE C- (minus) or its equivalent; 
  
• Proficient in computer applications; and 
  
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.

• Monitoring the movement of different supplies in accordance with established stores management systems and procedures;
  
• Shelving, Arranging stacking and labelling of stocks;
  
• Ensuring cleanliness in the stores; 
  
• Keeping shelves tidy and ensuring that stocks are kept in their right places; 
  
• Issuing and receiving stores;
