Tax Technology Specialist

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years work experience in an IT related environment, two of which should have been in a supervisory role

• Lead the design and implement web applications both for internal and client facing applications
  
• Lead the integration of back-end technologies and implementation of API endpoints
  
• Take lead in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and tuning
  
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  
• Lead the optimization of applications for maximum speed and scalability
  
• Lead the review of ERPs
  
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  

Business Analyst:

• Understand business needs and derive business requirements
  
• Perform systems and/or proposal comparisons and evaluations
  
• Lead the preparation of business requirements document, project plan, training materials, rollout plan, etc.
  
• Effectively manage business requirements and change requests
  
• Manage project tasks and timeline
  
• Work closely with developers and test analysts throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
  

Software Test Analyst:

• Responsible for software quality control, including functional test, integration test, load test, etc.
  
• Design test plan and test strategy, develop test cases, and prepare test data
  
• Use testing tools and testing techniques to perform testing, record testing results, track and prioritise issues
  
• Provide quality assurance to the reviewed applications
  
• Create testing related documents including test plan, test cases, software testing reports, etc.
  
• Work closely with other teams to improve software quality and system stability
  

ETL Consultant Implementation:

• Take lead in the execution of Tax software implementation process for client engagements
  
• Engage in system set up and configuration of Tax software
  
• Collect customization requirement from client and confirm timely with BA
  
• Handle and process data using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
  
• Manage project stakeholders requirement and maintain satisfaction
  
• Provide quality IT professional services to clients
