·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.


·      Minimum 5 years of experience inaccounting or financial analysis, including 2 years in a senior role.


·      Proficient in MS Excel, and various accountingsoftware, thorough understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and

forecasting, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Thorough understanding of financialstatements, budgeting, and forecasting.


·      Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities, excellent communication skills, and detail-oriented with a high

degree of accuracy.

·      Demonstrated ability to workindependently and collaboratively within a team.


·      Fluency in English required; knowledgeof Hindi, Punjabi, and Gujarati preferred but not mandatory.

·      Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annualfinancial reports and assist in annual budgeting.


·      Prepare management accounts tocontracts and schedule services division specifications and analyze financial

data, offering insights to aid management decision-making and provide auditsupport.

·      Ensure adherence to accountingprinciples, company policies, and regulatory standards.


·      Conduct regular financialreconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.


·      Mentor and train junior staff membersas necessary.
