Description
As a Field Operator - Cementing , you will be responsible for:
- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars. Following established instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on wellsite activity, performing basic duties at the wellsite and at the shop.
- Preparing equipment and working knowledge of the Permit to Work system prior to operations commencing. Assist in the preparation of risk assessments.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports for both onshore and offshore use. Ensure all applicable quality and operational procedures as identified in Company manuals are always adhered to.
- Ensuring all functions are performed in accordance with Company safety and environmental procedures.
- Ensuring all environmental procedures are always adhered to. Attend Client QHSE meetings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of High school diploma or equivalent
- Have experience in Cementing as a Field Operator.
- Have general knowledge of basic oil and gas industry.
- Possess good mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills with excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
