Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

● 3–5 years of professional architectural experience (experience with large-scale building projects is required; international project exposure is a plus).

● Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, Rhino; familiarity with other 3D/visualization tools like 3Dsmax, Vray, Lumion, Corona is advantageous.

● Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination practices.

● Solid understanding of international building codes and standards, especially BS standards.

● Strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual creativity and technical execution.

● Ability to work effectively within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

● Collaborate with design teams on concept development, schematic design, and detailed design stages for large-scale projects.

● Develop and manage BIM models to support project delivery, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines.

● Produce high-quality design drawings and presentations using Autodesk Revit, sketchup Rhino, or related software.

● Apply knowledge of international building codes and standards—particularly British Standards (BS)—to ensure compliance in design outputs.

● Contribute to design reviews, workshops, and coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants.

● Support project documentation and preparation of materials for client presentations, competitions, and international submissions.

● Bring creative problem-solving to complex architectural challenges.
