  • B.Sc / HND in any Social Science or its equivalent.

Skills / Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, conflict management skills, excellent written and verbal skills, and excellent organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of human resources processes and practises.
  • A minimum of 2 - 3 yrs in a similar role
  • Must be highly creative and innovative.
  • Must be highly intelligent and efficient.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a proactive attitude and zeal to learn.
  • Must possess excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative task of the organisation
  • Assist the HR in the recruitment, training and on boarding processes
  • Maintains accurate and up to dates human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
  • Conduct file audits
  • Provide general office support to management and HR department
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)
  • Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, lateness etc.)
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Prepare reports
