Description
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering is an advantag.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in the automobile industry
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a workshop or service environment
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical faults
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in basic reporting and documentation
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily workshop/technical activities
  • Lead a team of technicians in vehicle inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance
  • Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and in line with quality and safety standards
  • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults and provide technical guidance
  • Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and parts usage
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Liaise with management on performance, technical issues, and process improvements
